Receptionist Healthcare Support

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team at The Park Practice. As a key member of the reception team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, handling patient queries, making appointments, and maintaining accurate records. With your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure, you will be an invaluable asset to our practice.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and updating patient information. You will also be responsible for opening and distributing post, arranging new patient registrations, and dealing with general enquiries. Additionally, you will contribute to the implementation of services, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will require English and Maths GCSE or equivalent, previous experience in a medical office preferred, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
