Support Teacher for Pupils with SEND

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Professional to join our SEMH team.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with experienced educators to design and implement personalized support plans for students with complex needs.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering targeted interventions to improve student outcomes
- Coordinating with teachers to develop adaptive lesson plans and ensure students receive necessary accommodations
- Monitoring student progress and providing regular updates to parents/guardians
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- [£32,000 - £42,000] per annum salary
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong knowledge of SEN policies and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
