About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring our company standards and specifications are met across all new developments.

You will inspect apartments before they are handed over to the sales team and ultimately our customers, certifying that owners receive the highest quality apartment, while protecting our company reputation and award-winning status.

You will work closely with the regional construction teams to coordinate inspections in a timely manner and provide feedback, advice, and solutions to our construction teams and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and diligent Quality Inspector with a background in residential construction, such as an Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman.

You will take immense pride in your work, have an eye for detail, and take a conscientious approach.

You will understand construction processes, timelines, and standards, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A full UK driving licence is essential due to the travel involved in this position.
