Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Tate. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality standards across the organisation, working to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and Resolve Quality-Related Issues: Diagnose root causes and develop effective solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Continuously Improve Quality Assurance Processes: Identify and implement improvements to existing quality assurance processes, working closely with different teams to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards.
- Develop and Refine Quality Assurance Procedures: Ensure alignment with industry standards and organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with the customer service team and other departments to cultivate a collaborative environment where quality is a collective priority.
- Mentor and Develop Team Members: Share expertise in quality standards and support their professional growth.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure timely resolution of any identified issues and maintain accurate records of quality findings.
- Design and Implement Training Programs: Ensure all staff are knowledgeable and committed to quality standards.
- Prepare Quality Metrics Reports: Highlight non-conformance issues and ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
- 2+ Years of Experience: In a quality assurance/team manager role, with examples of personal contributions to improving processes.
- Strong Time Management Skills: Ability to multitask and proactively complete tasks to a high standard.
- Openness to Change: Willingness to embrace new ideas and challenge conventional thinking.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Clearly present audit findings and developments.
- Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to others' growth.
- Flexibility: Adapt as the role and business evolve.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: Great listening skills and a positive attitude.
