Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Technology Lawyer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic legal support to our technology infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions to resolve complex legal issues and deliver business outcomes.
  • Manage contracts and agreements related to technology infrastructure and software, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital teams to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in a major law firm.
  • Strong commercial and technology law expertise, with a focus on software, hardware, and SAAS agreements.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and providing strategic legal support to stakeholders.
