Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and teams.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in a major law firm
  • Broad commercial and technology experience, with a strong track record of managing complex projects
  • Specialized knowledge of technology infrastructure and software and hardware agreements
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in an ambitious culture and busy environment for a leader in the world of mobile technology. You will have the chance to work on our 5G network rollout, the deployment of world-first technologies, and industry-leading initiatives such as the Shared Rural Network.

You will be engaged on a wide range of commercial projects, working cross-functionally with stakeholders and teams, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital. In addition to these projects, you will have the opportunity to work on initiatives for the wholesale supply of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise users, corporate, commercial, and finance arrangements, as well as managing contracts in life.

As a member of our team, you will provide strategic legal support to our stakeholders, using an innovative and pragmatic approach to resolve legal complexities and deliver business outcomes.
