Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor Technology Infrastructure to join our commercial team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and teams, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital.

As a member of our team, you will provide strategic legal support, using your expertise to resolve complex legal issues and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Manage contracts and negotiate agreements with suppliers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of PQE and legal training experience in a major law firm
  • Broad commercial/technology experience with a track record of managing complex projects
  • Specialized knowledge of technology infrastructure and software agreements
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
