Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Technology Lawyer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic legal support to our stakeholders, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage in initiatives for the wholesale supply of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise users, corporate, commercial, and finance arrangements.
  • Manage contracts in life, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business outcomes, using an innovative and pragmatic approach to resolve legal complexities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a major law firm.
  • Broad commercial/technology experience, with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • Specialized knowledge of technology infrastructure and software and hardware agreements.
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.
