Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Technology Lawyer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic legal support to our stakeholders, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on major commercial projects across our technology infrastructure
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes
  • Manage complex projects and contracts, including wholesale supply of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise users
  • Develop and implement innovative and pragmatic solutions to resolve legal complexities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in a major law firm
  • Broad commercial/technology experience with a track record of managing complex projects
  • Specialized knowledge of technology infrastructure and software and hardware agreements
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset
