Sales Team Lead

As a Senior Sales Associate at Coach, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our CE UK Birmingham store. You will be responsible for leading by example, representing the Coach brand, and ensuring customers' needs are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the store management team in ensuring a customer-focused sales floor with exceptional floor supervision.
- Contribute to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training.
- Meet personal sales and productivity goals and deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations.
- Lead by example and represent Coach to the consumer, act as an ambassador of the brand, and ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable.
- Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet).
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (both oral and written), manoeuvre sales floor and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
