Senior Sales Associate - CE UK Birmingham (40 Hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and embody the Coach brand, providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise.
  • Assist store management in achieving sales and productivity goals, utilizing Coach selling skills and service training.
  • Develop and maintain a high-energy sales floor environment, inspiring team members to meet and exceed performance standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure efficient store operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
