About the Role

The EMEA Business Integration Lead will be responsible for interacting with clients and internal operations teams from service definition to go live. This role will be client-facing, including interaction with program teams and wider STT teams, including senior management.

Key Responsibilities

The Alpha Business Integration Lead is responsible for governance of all change or deviations to our standard operating model throughout the implementation lifecycle. This includes analysis and assessment activities, program management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a link between the client and our operational teams to successfully prepare and deliver into business as usual when the project ends.
  • Working with business leads to update changes to the service level agreements and future state operating models throughout the implementation period.
  • Supporting operational leads to document dependencies and go-live criteria within workstream plans.
  • Working in partnership with operational readiness COE to track progress of 3rd party outreach, training, and system access.
  • Leading hypercare in partnership with operations teams and program support.
  • Supporting challenge on deviation from the standard Alpha proposition.
  • Facilitating, collaborating, and working with internal stakeholders and clients to understand and document requirements.
  • Leveraging influence across business areas and project team members to drive toward a common goal of onboarding the client.
  • Ensuring programme activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies. Applying change, risk, and resource management principles when needed.
  • Partnering with all relevant corporate functions, businesses, and stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of activities and expectations management.
  • Raising risks and issues effectively within the program, driving solutions, and effectively communicating options.
