About the Opportunity:

We are excited to offer this unique opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at TimePlan Education. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will have the chance to work closely with children who require additional support in a primary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.
  • Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
  • Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to staff and parents.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to working with children and helping them to overcome challenges.
  • A compassionate and patient approach, with the ability to build positive relationships with children.
  • Willingness to undertake training and professional development as provided by TimePlan Education.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers an estimated salary of £88 - £110 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
