Job Title: Chief Cardiac Physiologist - Band 7

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Cardiac Physiologist to join our dynamic team at East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our cardiac rhythm management/invasive physiology team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of clinical procedures safely and appropriately in accordance with local and national policy, procedure, and guidance.
  • Interpret clinical data, produce factual reports, and deliver results to other medical professionals.
  • Contribute to the department training and education program and implement changes to practice/service provision in liaison with the principal/deputy principal cardiac physiologists.
  • Work within trust and external professional standards of proficiency and practice safely and effectively while maintaining legal and ethical boundaries.
