Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. This role involves contributing to the planning and delivery of specialist mental health clinical pharmacy services, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure pharmaceutical care needs are met.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years post-registration experience, a Master's Degree in Pharmacy, and evidence of continuing professional development. A postgraduate clinical or mental health pharmacy qualification is also required.
