Job Title: Pharmaceutical Care Specialist
Salary and Hourly Rate: Competitive with excellent benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays
Rowlands Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Pharmaceutical Care Specialist to join our team in a busy branch. As a reputable pharmacy chain, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care to our patients.
This branch is staffed with an experienced team providing an excellent service to the local community. With a strong commitment to patient care and safety, we are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the well-being of individuals in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide medication counselling and support to patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory.
What We Require:
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
