Supporting Student Success

As a teaching assistant with Prospero Teaching, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of students at our Crumpsall location. You will work collaboratively with teachers to create engaging learning environments, foster positive relationships with students, and contribute to the overall success of the school.
Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Classroom support: assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a productive learning atmosphere
* Cover classes: lead the classroom during teacher absences and ensure a positive learning environment
* Interventions: facilitate small and large group interventions to address individual student needs
* Behaviour management: implement strategies to promote respect and a safe learning space
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Minimum 9 months' experience working with children in a UK school setting
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service
