Join us as a Student Success Coordinator and play a key role in helping students achieve their full potential. As a member of our team at Flat Fee Recruiter, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to identify and address any barriers to learning.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering targeted interventions, monitoring outcomes, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will also help maintain an organised and engaging learning environment, and act as a House Tutor to foster community and support students during development time.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Level 2 qualification (e.g., Health/Childcare/Youth Work) or equivalent experience
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above)
  • Computer literacy and willingness to train for First Aid certification
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills

We offer a salary of £17,025 - £17,601 (actual, NJC points 5-6). DoE, and a chance to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
