We are currently recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretarial Services Coordinator to join our team at Law Support Limited.
This role is perfect for a PA or Junior PA who is keen to become an integral part of our Secretarial Services Coordination team.
You'll be working directly with the Associate Director of Secretarial Services and a fellow Coordinator to assist in allocations, practice group switches, and directing the float secretaries.
This is an administrative and coordination heavy position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. No management experience is required.
The perfect Secretarial Services Coordinator will have around 3-4 years of PA experience and want to move away from a standard PA role.
You will be highly communicative and be able to liaise at various levels of the business.
We offer a highly competitive salary on offer, dependant on experience and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in allocations and practice group switches
- Direct the float secretaries
- Work closely with the Associate Director of Secretarial Services
- Provide administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of PA experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
