Workforce Development Officer

Coyne Recruitment is seeking a skilled Employment Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to unemployed jobseekers, helping them to find and sustain employment. As an Employment Advisor, you will work closely with jobseekers, providing guidance and support to help them overcome challenges and achieve their employment goals.
You will be responsible for meeting with jobseekers, identifying their needs and requirements, and creating personalized action plans to address these issues. You will also work with local employers to identify job opportunities and network with other professionals in the field.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management software.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying their needs and requirements, and creating personalized action plans to achieve their employment goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting with jobseekers to identify challenges and barriers to employment

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in employment support or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management software
* Self-motivation and self-confidence
* Negotiation and problem-solving skills
