Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their sales team in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and a strong ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth by expanding product sales across various ranges, leading and motivating colleagues to help them reach their goals and objectives, and continuously developing a strong sales pipeline targeting both new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities will include maximizing all potential selling opportunities, driving growth, leading and motivating colleagues, and maintaining high standards to improve and ensure consistent quality.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a customer-focused environment and a strong ability to identify and understand customers' underlying needs to benefit both the client and the business.
