Dental Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the Panel and Assessment process in line with Fostering Services Standards & Regulations and the internal standards and requirements of Compass Community.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and update Management Information Systems to ensure accurate records and reports.
- Recruit and train Assessing Social Workers and Panel Members, and develop the service.
- Provide excellent communication skills and be flexible to meet the needs of the role.

- 25 days annual leave, rising to 28 days within 4 years, plus bank holidays.
