We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic/Practice Administrator to join our team at DH Dental. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our dental practice, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Manage the practice's IT systems, including dental software, word processing, and excel.
  • Ensure that the practice is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety, data protection, and clinical governance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage the practice's stock control, including ordering and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the practice's efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the practice's communication, including responding to patient queries and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year's experience in a dental practice management role.
  • Proven track record of managing finances, staff, and operations in a dental practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written).
