Dental Practice Manager

At DH Dental, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic/Practice Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our practice management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the practice's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of practice staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including health and safety, data protection, and clinical governance.
- Develop and implement effective practice management systems and processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
- Work closely with the practice manager to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a dental practice management role.
- Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good computer skills and experience with dental software.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 per year.
