Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in social work. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work and relevant experience working with older adults and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality social work services to individuals who are deemed vulnerable or needing support
  • Work with citizens, carers, and families to provide support and develop resilience and independence
  • Assess risk and develop care plans to prevent harm and promote well-being

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Relevant experience working with older adults and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
