Nursing Assistant Specialist

In this Nursing Assistant Specialist role at HC-One, you will lead by example and provide exceptional care to residents in Memory Care, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Your primary focus will be on ensuring residents' care planning arrangements are delivered impeccably, offering a sense of choice and independence.
This position involves assisting in tasks like administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under qualified nurse supervision. You will also receive a salary increase after completing the program.
Requirements for this role include a Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards) and 2+ years of experience as a Senior Carer or similar position with leadership responsibilities. Knowledge of person-led care planning and relevant legislative requirements is also necessary.
Safeguarding is an essential part of this role, and you will receive training to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. Benefits include paid Enhanced DBS, free uniform, and company pension scheme.
