Helping Hands is seeking a Contract Manager for Public Sector Partnerships to coordinate our work with public sector funders, including Local Authorities and NHS organisations.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in contract management in the care sector, specifically contracts that have involved the NHS or other public sector organisations.

The role will involve negotiating contracts to maximise revenue for the business, managing and monitoring external and internal stakeholder relationships, and maintaining a central robust database of contracts.

Main Responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with public sector funders to maximise revenue for the business.
  • Manage and monitor external and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Maintain a central robust database of contracts.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and finance colleagues to mitigate risks arising from contracts.
  • Support colleagues in understanding contractual requirements and ensure they adhere to the terms.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a good commercial understanding and be passionate about person-centred care. Strong communication skills and leadership skills are also essential.
