Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Assistant Manager to lead our operational team at The Shakespeare Hospice. As a key member of our senior management group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Your primary focus will be on managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be adept at multitasking, and demonstrate a deep understanding of operational management principles.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operational management, preferably within a healthcare or charity sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or healthcare.

Salary and Benefits
