The day-to-day duties for this Admin Assistant role are as follows:

- Perform administrative tasks to support the Commercial department, Business Development Manager, and Business Development Director
- Preparation of Tenders / Enquiries
- Collation of Client drawings and gathering information to enable Estimator to quote
- Maintaining Client folders
- Maintaining Client drawings
- Adding and maintaining project information on to Tender Monitor
- Checking Call Offs - Have we quoted, and is the quote in date
- Chasing and updating Purchase Orders
- Distribute required information to Estimators, Managers, and Directors
- Updating and Maintaining Business Dynamics bespoke system.
- Assisting with the gathering of cost analysis and figures for Management meetings
- This list is not exclusive - other reasonable duties and projects may be assigned from time to time

The Successful Admin Assistant must have the following skills/experience:

- Experience within previous job roles
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work as part of a team and unaccompanied
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with Stakeholders at all levels
- Positive attitude, willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business
- Good organisational skills able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets where appropriate
- Promote a responsible and professional image at all times
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- The ability to understand Architectural drawings is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- An understanding of Microsoft Dynamics is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Ensure full compliance with Company health, safety, security, and environmental standards
