Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Helping Hands, the nation's most widely rated home care provider, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Alcester. This exciting opportunity will see you spearhead quality initiatives and provide professional input into our care strategies to drive excellence across the business.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for driving the auditing and development plans of the Quality function, monitoring and sharing external insights regarding regulatory changes and competitor best practices that can be adapted and utilised to improve quality. You will also lead and coach audit and insight Quality Teams on how to identify, prioritise and deliver quality improvement plans to support the delivery of outstanding care which exceeds regulator and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in a senior QA position within the home care sector, with a solid understanding of relevant regulations. A Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management is essential, as is comprehensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards. A commitment to high-quality, fair care delivery and a willingness to challenge to find better solutions are key requirements for success in this role.
