The Shakespeare Hospice is looking for an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services and ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards.

This is a permanent contract with a salary band of £23,259 per annum (pro-rata for 22.5 hours per week). You will work on a flexible basis over three days, including Mondays to Saturdays.

You will have responsibility for managing a team of staff and volunteers, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of our services.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
