Children and Young People's Wellbeing Practitioner Trainee

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Children and Young People's Wellbeing Practitioner Trainees in our organization. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and behavioral difficulties, and provide evidence-based interventions to support their mental health and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild-moderate anxiety, low mood, and behavioral difficulties
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the team
- Provide support and guidance to children and young people, as well as their families and carers
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement new interventions and programs

- A good degree in Psychology or other relevant subject
- Experience of working with children and an understanding of how to talk with them
- Some experience of working within a mental health setting or school pastoral care
