Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Trainee Children and Young People's Wellbeing Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children and young people.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, and behavioral difficulties. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver brief, high-quality psychological interventions in community settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based interventions for children and young people with mental health needs
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
