**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a Clinical Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents and clients. **Key Responsibilities**

  1. Develop and implement quality improvement plans to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
  2. Provide expert guidance on clinical governance and quality assurance to care home managers and clinical teams.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives across all services.
  4. Maintain accurate records of quality improvement activities and outcomes.
