We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Community Links, a proud partner of the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS). As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with mild to moderate common mental health problems to live their best lives within their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality mental health support to individuals, promoting resilience and enabling them to manage their mental health effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the LMWS team to deliver integrated mental health support, ensuring a seamless service for our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, organizations, and stakeholders to promote the LMWS and its services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse community.
