We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Touchstone, a multi-award-winning mental health and wellbeing charity operating in communities across Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities- Provide rehabilitation interventions aimed at preventing the loss of patients' skills and providing early help rehabilitation for people in the community with complex psychosis.
- Develop new pathways and community activities to increase community engagement and reduce social isolation, building on community assets.
