Job Title: Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Willing Care. As a Registered Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex mental health conditions in our low secure and rehabilitation services.

About the Role:
  • Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard.
  • Complete physical and psychological assessments of new patients on admission.
  • Create individualized care plans for patients.
  • Update care plans daily.
  • Safely administer and record medication.
  • Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of care staff.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place.
  • Use a person-centered approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.

Requirements:
