Job Title: Staff Nurse (RMN)

Willing Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our team at our Mental Health Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standard of care for our patients.

About the Role:
  • Ensure the care, welfare, and safety of all patients are maintained at the highest possible standard.
  • Complete physical and psychological assessments of new patients on admission.
  • Create individualized care plans for patients.
  • Update care plans daily.
  • Safely administer and record medication.
  • Liaise effectively with external suppliers and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and develop the performance of care staff.
  • Ensure effective rotas are in place.
  • Use a person-centered approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.

Our Mental Health Hospital offers specialist low secure and rehabilitation services to women who have complex mental health conditions. Requirements:
  • You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (Mental Health Nurse).
  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • Clear DBS.
