About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Spring Wood Lodge, a specialist inpatient rehabilitation service for women with complex emotional and mental health problems.

As a qualified RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation
  • Positive attitude and a natural ability to care and compassionately support others
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
