Job Title: AD Hoc Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will work within an inpatient rehabilitation service for females with Mental Health struggles in Leeds.

About the Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be working within a low secure and rehabilitation service offering assessment and treatment for women with complex mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' health issues and needs, creating and implementing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Uphold a professional and discreet manner at all times, in adherence to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code.
  • Demonstrate competence and confidence in managing individuals with long-term health conditions.
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions and treatments for service users with complex needs.
  • Prioritize health issues and take appropriate action in complex, urgent, or emergency situations, including initiating effective emergency care.
  • Produce accurate, timely, and complete records of service user interactions and consultations in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.
Person Specification
  • Qualified Mental Health Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • Minimum of two years previous experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse within a Mental Health inpatient setting.
