Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse - Behavioural Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Smartcall Healthcare Ltd. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Requirements:
  • Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD).
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
