Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assessor and Trainer to deliver financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering vocational training and be qualified to assess learners in this field.

About the Role:

  • Conduct mock tests to prepare apprentices for the workplace
  • Produce regular progress reports
  • Attend team meetings to discuss learner progress and share best practices
  • Manage a caseload of learners, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Use an e-portfolio system to track learner progress and record assessments
  • Prepare for Ofsted visits by ensuring all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accurate

Requirements:

  • A recognized assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33, or CAVA)
  • Experience delivering financial services administrator levels 2 and 3 or similar qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners and colleagues alike
