Job Title: Customer Insights Collector
Ipsos is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Insights Collector. This role involves conducting face-to-face interviews with customers in their homes, gathering valuable information about their experiences and opinions.
About the RoleThis is a part-time, permanent position, working up to 20 hours per week. The estimated annual salary for this role is £13,440, based on 20 hours of work per week at £13.44 per hour.
Your Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth interviews with customers to gather detailed feedback and opinions.
- Use active listening skills to ensure accurate understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Travel to various locations within Lanarkshire to conduct interviews, allowing us to reach a diverse range of customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers in conversation.
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities during interviews.
- Strong organizational skills to manage interview schedules and travel arrangements.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
