Job Summary:

As a Field Service Engineer for VRS-UK, you will be responsible for servicing and validating HPLC and mass spectrometry systems at customer sites in the South East of England. This role requires strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills, as well as experience in servicing/repairing HPLC & LC-MS systems from various vendors.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established instrument manufacturer as a technical expert in analytical instrumentation. You will work closely with customers to identify and resolve issues with their HPLC and LC-MS systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Your excellent communication and organisation skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Main Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and repairing HPLC & LC-MS systems from various vendors
  • Holding a full UK Driving License
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in servicing/repairing HPLC & LC-MS systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
