Cobalt Consulting (UK) Ltd is a leading consulting firm that provides expert services to the real estate industry. We are seeking a Credit Control and Service Charge Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for managing our credit control and service charge functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of detailed quarterly service charge analyses and budget variances
  • Review and correct service charge expenditure
  • Reconcile utility recharges and monitor costs against budgets
  • Set up Direct Debit payment plans and process credit card payments
  • Issue timely reminders and follow up on overdue payments

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in credit control and service charge accounting for real estate businesses
