Health and Social Care Educator

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Health and Social Care Teacher to join our dynamic team at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Health and Social Care to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Develop and implement effective schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Stay current with curriculum developments and educational practices in health and social care.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student well-being and academic success.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school community.
- A relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) is essential.
- A degree in Health and Social Care, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care at KS3 and KS4 is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the current curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
