Key Responsibilities:- Conduct patient assessments and administer treatments under the guidance of medical practitioners.
- Assist with chronic disease management and preventive care programs.
- Administer vaccinations and immunizations.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other minor procedures.
- Conduct health screenings and provide health education to patients.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse or in a similar clinical setting.
