Practice Nurse Opportunity

This practice is seeking an experienced and skilled Practice Nurse to work in their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services, promoting health education, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting patient assessments and administering treatments under the guidance of medical practitioners.
  • Assisting with chronic disease management and preventive care programs.
  • Administering vaccinations and immunizations.
  • Performing wound care, dressing changes, and other minor procedures.
  • Conducting health screenings and providing health education to patients.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.


Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
  • Proven experience as a Practice Nurse or in a similar clinical setting.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of current healthcare trends and best practices.
