Mental Health Care Professional

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse at Prometheus Safe and Secure, you will provide high-quality care to individuals with a variety of mental health conditions. Your primary focus will be on building strong therapeutic relationships with patients to help them manage their symptoms and overcome challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patient symptoms, providing evidence-based care to meet their needs.
- Develop and maintain patient records, including care plans and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Logistics Manager and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health difficulties during conveyance or therapeutic services.
- Stay up-to-date with national and local policies on safeguarding children and adults, adhering to relevant guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
- Current Valid NMC Pin.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
- Proactive and positive self-starter.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Well-organised with good time management skills.
- Valid Enhanced DBS or on the update service.
- Currently working in a compliance-focused role.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Employment references for up to a 5-year period.
- Candidate will need minimum 3 years UK employment history.
