Shopper Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a key member of our client's head office team, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful shopper marketing campaigns that drive interest at the point of purchase and unlock shopper barriers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute omni-shopper marketing campaigns strategies for key accounts, including end-to-end campaign management and post-launch evaluation.
- Lead customer presentations and drive regular contact with key accounts to present compelling insight-led shopper marketing plans.
- Own the launch of new product development (NPD) and innovation platforms in store to drive trial and penetration.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party agency partners to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Guide and develop the Shopper Marketing Executive through all responsibilities and tasks.
- Manage budget and investment levels for key accounts, including monthly financial reviews.
Requirements:
- Robust shopper, customer, trade, or category marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment.
- Experience developing and delivering media plans and campaigns.
- Understanding of the full shopper journey touchpoints.
- Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
- Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement.
